Carrying out domestic production under the Artech brand, industrial computer manufacturer Çizgi Teknoloji offers newly graduated engineers the opportunity to enter business life at jet speed with the "J.E.T. Program" (Junior Engineer Training) has implemented.

The J.E.T. Program, which is a pillar of the "innovative university-industry cooperation model" developed by the company within its marketing innovation studies framework, draws attention as an innovative human resources project.
Within the program's scope, in which various programs are offered to newly graduated engineers to start their careers and prepare for business life, multiple pieces of training are given to the participating candidates. At the end of the program, the company offers job offers to successful engineer candidates.
The program, which aims to facilitate the entry of young engineer candidates who have just graduated from the university to business life, is aimed to solve real problems and develop their creative thinking through certified pieces of training.
"A COOPERATION PROGRAM IMPLEMENTED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN TURKEY"
Giving information about the program, TİM İnoSuit Innovation Mentor Dr. Muhsin Bayık stated that they received many applications to the program from various universities in Turkey and abroad.
Explaining his perspectives within the program's framework as enabling new graduates to meet the sectors, see in which areas they can develop, and support them to learn how they can contribute to the industry. Dr. Bayık stated that the candidates selected due to a long selection process started to work after receiving their primary education at Cizgi Teknoloji.
Stating that the program has three main pillars, Dr. Muhsin Bayık listed the feet in question as follows:
"The first of the three pillars is the innovative university-industry cooperation model. The second is that new graduates or candidates who are about to graduate learn the job and get to know themselves. Finally, the third pillar is designed to design how employees can improve themselves by getting to know the sector and themselves, and what kind of projects they can do about the areas of development they see."
WHO CAN APPLY? WHICH SUBJECTS ARE FEATURED?
Making evaluations about the program, Çizgi Teknoloji HR Executive Derya Gülaçtı said that they recruited under the titles of "Product Management," "Sales Management," and "Quality Assurance Systems" within the scope of the program.
Gülaçtı noted that they are waiting for the applications of engineering candidates who graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments and are interested in device design, production, and technical sales management.
The program, which started to be implemented for the first time during the pandemic period, supports preparing graduates for business life in May-June.
